Follow signs to McDonalds. Turn right at the light. Follow Route 16 to the park. Tell the gate attendant that you are with the Copenhaver reunion and he or she can direct you to shelter 2. Overnight Rooms Regardless of where you decide to stay, we suggest that you make your reservations now! Many folks like to stay at the local hotel in Marion. The Magnuson Hotel, Marion VA (formerly the Best Western) has reserved a block of rooms for us. The rate is $64.95 per night plus tax. Their phone number is 276-378-0481. Please call for reservations before 8/5/10 to receive the discounted rate. The hotel offers a hot breakfast buffet and they also have a pool.
